The Lodge recognizes several member-groups: residential members, consumer staff (many are non-residential), professional staff, volunteers, and $100-contributors.
Members may take advantage of a number of benefits and are eligible to vote and be elected to the Members' Council.
The Lodge provides housing in Bethlehem, a supportive community and vocational opportunities for adults with mental health challenges. According to individual preferences, the members live independently in scattered rental properties in the neighborhood.
The Lodge offers flexible jobs at the Café the Lodge and daily educational and recreational programs. The program is largely consumer-run. The Lodge supports its members to establish a wholesome lifestyle and affirms their self-determination and inherent ability to create productive and meaningful lives.
Café the Lodge serves gourmet coffee, wholesome breakfasts and lunches, offers a flexible catering service, and provides a myriad of cultural and educational activities.
Our slogan is "Celebrating Greatness in Self and Others." With that comes a commitment to nurture, utilize and stretch our potential: body, mind and spirit.
The Lodge offers empowering programs, such as DRA (Dual Recovery Partnership), Step it Up, State of Excellence Series, Burning Bowl and Mindfulness.
